At Family Estate, we’re committed to getting your hats to you efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed on https://familyestate.co. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time, but we may expand in the future—stay tuned!

2. Shipping Options and Costs

  • Carriers: We use USPS and UPS for all shipments.
  • Options: You can choose between Standard Shipping or Expedited Shipping at checkout.
  • Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping (expedited shipping fees still apply).
  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout.

3. Processing and Delivery Times

  • Processing: We process and ship orders within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are handled Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Delivery: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout by USPS or UPS, depending on your selected shipping method. These estimates begin once your order ships.
  • Preorder Items: Items marked "preorder" in their description include anticipated ship dates, which may shift due to production delays or other factors. Preorder items are not eligible for expedited processing. If you select expedited shipping for a preorder, it will apply only once the item is available and ships.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is processed, we’ll provide a tracking number via your preferred method—either email or SMS, based on what you select at checkout. Use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Shipping Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You’re responsible for providing correct shipping details at checkout. We’re not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
  • Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. If this occurs, you’ll need to file a claim directly with USPS or UPS, depending on the carrier used.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once a shipping label has been created. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
