At Family Estate, we want you to love your hats. This Refund Policy explains our rules for returns and replacements for purchases made on https://familyestate.co. Please review it before ordering.

1. General Policy

All purchases from Family Estate are final. We do not offer refunds or returns except in cases where an item is defective before shipping or we’ve sent the wrong item compared to what you ordered.

2. Eligibility for Replacement

We’ll replace an item if:

  • It’s defective upon leaving our facility (e.g., manufacturing flaw). Note: We are not responsible for items damaged during transit or shipping—see our Shipping Policy for details.
  • It’s not the item you ordered (e.g., wrong style or size). To qualify, the item must be:
    • Unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
    • Reported within 5 business days of delivery.

3. How to Request a Replacement

If your item qualifies for replacement:

  • Email us at info@familyestate.co with your order number.
  • Include a brief description of the issue. For defective or wrong items, we may require photos for approval. We’ll review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement.

4. Shipping Responsibility

  • Correct Address: You’re responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We’re not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses you provide.
  • Returned to Sender: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.
  • Cancellations: Per our Shipping Policy, orders cannot be canceled once a shipping label is created.
